We know that finding help can sometimes mean needing to summon up a whole lot of courage, and that courage can burn out with time spent on hold, leaving voicemails explaining why you need help, and telling multiple people your story while you search for the right services for your needs.

We make that process easier for you, by cutting out hours spent researching and waiting on hold, so you can focus on saving your energy for healing and recovery.

(If you are not comfortable or safe to meet in person, please reach out to us by email for online options. We can also meet you at a cafe or other public settings if that is better for you).

No police file number is needed to receive our support. All people are welcome. We can offer one-time, or continued follow-up support, We also offer hospital, police, and court accompaniment as peer supporters if you’d like company, and help finding transportation for those that require it.
