Canada’s Crime Victim Assistance Program is designed for all victims of crime, including survivors of sexual violence and their families. Financial help for professional services, medications and more might be available for you by application.

This organization provides a detailed list of all practicing clinical counsellors in BC. In order to find the right one for you, use their simple search tool. You can search by location, areas of practice, wheelchair access, availability, gender, community, languages known, modalities, and more.

Embrace Clinic
The Embrace Women’s Clinic, provided by Fraser Health, is a service for local survivors following sexual violence. Health matters resulting from violence can be addressed at the Clinic by their doctors including STI testing, prescriptions, and more.

The BC Society for Male Survivors of Sexual Assault (BCSMSSA) provides individual and group counselling tailored to male-identifying survivors and is based out of Vancouver, BC.

Chilliwack Community Services has victim services for those seeking justice and restitution. They have a legal advocate for other legal matters arising from domestic abuse.

Fraser Health Forensic Nursing
Emergency care is available through the Emergency Rooms at Abbotsford Regional Hospital as well as Surrey Memorial Hospital. Non-Emergency care is available at the Embrace Clinic in Surrey.

Surrey Women's Center
The Surrey Women’s Center is loaded with services including legal aid, practical items, and emergency-response and follow-up services such as counselling for female-identifying survivors of sexual abuse and domestic abuse.
