CRIME VICTIM ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
For those seeking justice and restitution, Chilliwack Community Services is on your team.
Chilliwack Community Services offers victim services to victims of crime including sexual assault and abuse. They will help you navigate the justice system, providing information about legal processes, court accompaniment, safety planning, and more. They will help you fill out CVAP (Crime Victim Assistance Program) forms for financial help, and assist in finding counselling.
They also offer Third Party Reporting for survivors over the age of 19 who would like to report to the police anonymously.
FAMILY LAW ADVOCATE
For those who need legal help due to abuse and danger in the home.
By appointment, family legal advocacy is available through Chilliwack Community Services. For survivors, legal help may be needed for Child Protection and other Protection Orders, Guardianship, Separation and Divorce, Child + Spousal Support, Relocation, and more.
